She was preceded in death by her parents Henry Clay Ramsey and Lola Ramsey; sisters Thelma Large and Betty Norris; brothers Don Ramsey, Ray Ramsey and Darrell Ramsey; sons-in-law Don Messer and Ronnie Fine and a special nephew David Ramsey. Survivors include her husband Carl Fogliani of the home; children James Gray, Sandra (Sam) Messer, Jody (Jimmy) Shaffer, and Amanda Fine (KJ) all of Cosby; grandchildren Mathew (Katey) Messer, Destiny (Miranda) Shaffer, Ivye (Katie) Fine, Mary Fine and Braden (Lexie) Shaffer all of Cosby; brothers Harold (Ellen) Ramsey, Larry Ramsey, and Lonnie (Lee) Ramsey all of Cosby.
